Considering that Savannah's average air temperature in August is 89 degrees Fahrenheit, we encourage you to dress casually and comfortably during all convention events. Remember that meeting rooms tend to be cool, so bring a sweater or jacket. The Awards Show calls for business professional or cocktail attire. Casual wear will be acceptable for the Welcome Party.
ACCE wants to balance our attendees' need for hard copy versions of the attendee directory and workshop handouts with our commitment to minimize the environmental impact of our meeting. A limited number of attendee directories (listing those registered by July 15) and handouts will be available, but we invite you to help us reduce waste by opting to access these materials electronically. The latest attendee directory and handouts will be available on www.acce.org as well as the convention app so that attendees can download them to a PDA or print them at their convenience. We hope you'll help us reduce the use of paper and energy!
