If this form is received on or before June 17, 2013, ACCE will refund the meeting registration amount and refundable event items minus a $50 processing fee. Because of meal guarantees, NO refunds will be made after June 17, 2013. Please note that not all event items are refundable, refer to the cancellation form for more information.
All cancellations must be submitted by 5:00 pm Eastern Time on June 17, 2013 for a full refund.
What to expect after ACCE receives your Cancellation Form:
- You will receive an email confirmation stating that we received your form.
- Your refund will be processed. (Please allow 4 weeks for the cancellation refund to be processed.)
- You will then receive either a check or a credit to your credit card, depending on your original method of payment
