Convention Pricing

• Early Bird Deadline: June 17, 2013
• Full Registration: Includes access to all workshops, forums, general sessions, exhibit hall, and a ticket for the Welcome Reception, Awards Evening and Convention Party.  DO NOT register for these items individually if you are selecting the full registration.
• A la Carte Items: Any tours, trips, special dinners, master classes, the fun run, & zumba class are to be purchased a la carte.  These items are not included in full registration.
• Additional Staff Registration:  The first registrant from an organization pays the full rate, and then each additional registrant from the same organization pays the lower additional staff rate.
• State Discount:  Members who are residents of Oklahoma will receive $50 off their registration.
• First Timer's Discount:  Members attending the convention for the first time will receive $75 off their registration.
• Single Day Registration:  Enjoy all the activities that take place on the day you choose to attend. Discounts are not valid for single day registrations.   
• Guest Registration: Register your guest for our Full Guest Program, which includes a ticket to each evening event.
